My name is Christine, and I love to break dumb systems, blaze new trails, and uncover hidden gems.

To build what helps us thrive and release the obsolete.

To uplift spirits, foster talent, and rally people around a common mission and vision.

As a coach and co-creative consultant, I'm into demystifying the art of becoming a great leader and making culture a powerful engine for scaling your startup.

To do that, I draw from over 15 years of leadership and management experience in North America and Europe, lifelong curiosity, and a knack for seeing big-picture connections and possibilities that has helped me nurture amazing talent, create effective turnaround strategies, and rapidly shift team performance.

I've seen countless business angles and team dynamics at Fortune-500s, startups, and non-profits, managing and mentoring people in business ops, customer services, IT training and support, software development, and project management. I built departments, strategies and products, and led teams through restructures, operational uncertainty, and cultural change.

Along the way, I was on the executive board of an 800-people-strong healthcare company, got my MBA, fulfilled my dream of organizing a TEDx event, turned into a caregiver, and joined the U.N. Women Industry Disruptor startup program.

And somewhere in there, burnout threw me into a ditch. Mercilessly.

I realized that helping you expand your leadership skills and build a strong company culture isn't only about sharing what I learned from leading others but especially about what I learned from re-starting and authentically leading myself.
